About Larsson

A European Group Built for the Independent Motorcycle Aftermarket.

Larsson is more than a wholesaler. We are a European network of seven national subsidiaries, all connected to one central logistics hub and one shared digital backbone — built to strengthen the independent motorcycle workshop in every European market.

Vision & Mission

We are the European market leader in supplying spare parts to motorcycle workshops.

Larsson stands for strengthening independent motorcycle workshops across Europe. Our goal is to be the leading platform for spare parts, accessories and workshop solutions on the continent.

We enable independent workshops and specialist dealers to work efficiently and profitably — through high parts availability, digital processes and hands-on technical support.

Our mission: making workshops more independent, more competitive and more successful.

What Makes Larsson Different

Larsson combines the broadest full-range assortment for motorcycle workshops with European logistics and one of the most powerful online ordering systems on the market.

Decades of experience, close supplier partnerships and continuous training have allowed us to build a high-performance network that strengthens local businesses while leveraging Europe-wide synergies.

  • Full-range assortment.
Spare parts for more than 64,000 vehicle models from over 170 manufacturers — from 1949 to today. Plus a comprehensive range of accessories, tools and workshop equipment. Larsson keeps the workshop running.
  • Local subsidiary, local stock.
Each Larsson subsidiary holds its own warehouse for high regional availability and 24-hour delivery. Workshops get everything they need from a single, local source.
  • Central warehouse Hamburg.
The central warehouse in Hamburg guarantees high parts availability and short lead times — the foundation of every subsidiary’s performance.
  • MIKE & MIKE Technik.
Our B2B online catalogue with MIKE and MIKE Technik is the leading digital information and ordering system in the European motorcycle aftermarket. A dedicated team in Hamburg, supported by external development partners, continuously expands the data — including product images, technical applications and vehicle assignments.
  • Powerful ERP.
The Larsson ERP system is a fully integrated business platform that covers every critical process in a subsidiary — from inventory and purchasing to sales, invoicing, customer management and CRM. All workflows are transparent, efficient and centrally controllable.
  • Experience & support.
Decades of market expertise and an established European brand, paired with targeted training, active marketing, technical advice and personal partner support.

Market & Industry

The European motorcycle market comprises around 40 million vehicles, with more than 1 million new registrations every year. With an average vehicle age of more than 12 years, demand for spare parts is rising continuously. For Larsson partners, this means a stable, recession-resilient business.

Three trends shape the market:

  • A growing vehicle fleet — new registrations have remained consistently high for years.
  • High average vehicle age — older motorcycles stay in use for a long time and require regular parts.
  • Individualisation & lifestyle — riding is no longer just transport, it is an expression of identity, and accessories continue to gain importance.

Larsson primarily addresses independent motorcycle workshops and specialist dealers that operate independently of any single OEM. Additional customer segments include authorised OEM dealers (for non-OEM parts and workshop supplies), motorcycle and scooter dealers with in-house workshops, customising specialists, and vocational schools for two-wheeler technology.

Our Positioning

The European aftermarket is shaped by OEM-bound systems, large pan-European players and strong local specialists. Larsson is positioned with a clear, distinctive profile:

  •  The broadest full-range assortment of spare parts specifically for motorcycles and scooters
  • A Europe-wide presence through our own national subsidiaries
  • Strong digital tools for ordering and parts identification
  • A partnership approach — focused on strengthening independent workshops, not on OEM lock-
