The Larsson model is designed so that local partners can build their business on a solid financial foundation from day one. The investment structure is clearly defined and combines the partner’s own capital with central financing support.

 

Location Requirements

A Larsson location must be logistically well connected, so that the entire sales region can be supplied reliably and cost-effectively by the next working day.

  • Warehouse with offices of at least 650 m² (three levels) or 800 m² (two levels). The premises are leased by the subsidiary.
  • vehicle fleet of at least 250,000 motorcycles or scooters ≥ 125 cc in the sales region.
  • At least 10,000 new registrations per year** in the sales region.
  • At least two parcel carriers (UPS, FedEx, DPD, DHL or strong local providers). 
    Latest pickup after 17:30, with a next-day delivery rate of at least 90 %.

  • Solid technical understanding of motorcycles and scooters
  • Commercial and entrepreneurial skills
